You claim to have been CEO, but your pot reveals that you do not even know what a CEO is supposed to do. You claim that the company should have sold freshly issued shares? What kind of "CEO" doesn't even know that those shares would have to have been restricted. A "CEO" who never even opened a company bank account - because he had no idea how to issue a corporate resolution, but had no money anyway. A "CEO" who never was voted into his office by either a quorum of shareholders or any - even a phony - board of directors. A "CEO" who doesn't even realize when it is time to go away.
