"Let me spell it out so a 3rd grader could understand it."???

Not a bad idea! See if you can understand these:

..company disowned by inventor and no longer authorized distributor of calmares

...company, in consequence, loses right to North American distribution of its ONLY product after inventor signs new agreement with Radiant Healthcare

...company sued by its manufacturer for NON-PAYMENT

...company sued by former sales manager for NON-PAYMENT

...company sued by Trinet HR for NON-PAYMENT

...company owes, at this point, probably close to 3 MILLION dollars to COB

...company burdened with debt which is accumulating with an 18% interest rate

...company whose entire calmare inventory bound by lien in GEOMC 's possession

...company whose other assets bound by lien in COB's possession

...company unlikely able to sell ANYTHING secondary to liens and ongoing lawsuits

...company THIRTY THREE DAYS past the "grace period" for filing its 10-K

...company at risk for immediate delisting and even de-registration

...company is effectively BANKRUPT

...company being run by a DEAD CEO

...company faces a "MOTION to Compel Disclosure and for Sanctions and Expenses for Defendant's Failure to Comply with a Court Order and it's Discovery Obligations"

...company's attorney has just "withdrawn" from the GEOMC lawsuit right in the MIDDLE of it

..CTTC's first customer, Dr. D'Amato, throws in towel, closes calmare office and sets up "Cash Only Pain Clinic" in his old office

...stock forums infiltrated by employee of CTTC competitor, Radiant Healthcare, spreading false rumors about calmare getting insurance reimbursement

Hmmmmmmm...yeah, I'm pretty sure a 3rd grader could handle most of that!
