Can anyone respond as to why.....

Question: Why since the start of katx has there never been a board of directors solidly in place. a board of directors that does not lose members every few months. A revolving door into and out of the board of directors. Shows a extremely unstable company and management..
Why do all these supposed partnerships never go anywhere nor produce anything....yet when you check with the supposed new partners about a partnership with kat exp. they have no knowledge of any such agreement with kat exp.
Why do all these new and exciting properties get announced to excited new investors yet never go anywhere nor produce anything then just disappear into the fogbank of nothing. Only to announce another new and exciting property. Yet when you investigate the new property, there are no new discoveries made. they are just all used up pieces of wasteland. With a history of barely producing enough to get by...
OH, and then there is the investors relations ....does not exist.....and anytime one was brought on board, well they would be gone as soon as they came....nonpayment...that's why...
And finally...why does kat exp. never ever update anything about it's current and past activities of a regular basis....just announce new and exciting BLA BLA...
