So someone PLEASE tell me I have this offering figured out incorrectly...please!

...Amount of offering cut in half

...price of 0.79 is for a Cvm share AND a warrant with an exercise price of 0.79...expires in FIVE YEARS....

So for 79 cents you essentially get 2 shares of CVM which equates to 39.5 cents a share...

"exercise at 79 cents"

"good for five years"

WTF! Sell the warrants and you have free shares....this beast is in deep doo doo....
