No, that is not even close to the same. What we have here is the former CEO's name showing up in an SEC filing. Remember, he's the guy who diluted the hell out of STOA and affected a 1:10,000 RS.
A shareholder contacts who everyone thought was the CEO who said someone else's signature on the filing was a clerical error. LMAO!
If this in fact were some kind of error, there would have been an amendment immediately. You see, it is a violation for the CEO to not immediately amend something on a filing he knows not to be true.
So, without an amendment to the filing, what we have is fraud and a glimpse into the relationship James and Brent have.
It's not the same.
