OK. I believe the AIM (areas of mutual interest) suggest highly that there is additional targets within the Hay Mountain Arena that are unstaked or claimed and whomever parties LBSR is talking too probably are considering doing so.

This is logical: Claim all of the best possible mineral claims in the vicinity on the caldera. The language of LBSR PR's have always meant something, (eventhough sometimes overly optimistic)
They stated LBSR would have to find the proportional funding to explore the AIM targets, my guess secondary part of phase 1 post some geochem over whatever ZTEM targets they are looking at. Verbiage is highly suggestive the original 5 million ish funding may be on the table.

In the current risk adverse environment on exploration, LBSR won't retain much equity in HM, without providing some cash or expanding the project. Plausible that LBSR must come up with the cash to explore a more robust portion of the property to achieve a higher equity % in the overall HM LLC.

The 5 bil AS increase to just keep the lights on is highly illogical and against the MO of this company. They have a few directors and PP in the past that would be thrown under the bus. Additionally, flooding market with that kind of share levels won't generate anymore cash, only a smaller pps and extended grief for all. Per their filing, it hi highly logical to have the extra shares available to prevent a hostile takeover attempt. This would probably be a requirement of any JV funding agreement, IMO.. Additionally, the tax advantage long term worth 10s of millions is housed in the LBSR corporate structure. Acquisition in the future is not a unrealistic opportunity. IMO.

GLTA and enjoy the holiday. I will still accumulate with whatever forces have accumulated about 200 million shares or roughly 1 million bucks of stock since Jan 1...
