EC can you check to see if anyone has filed mineral claims in the vicinity recently??

Yes--and nope

nothing on the BLM database or Cochise Recorder...not suggesting anything new has been done but one has 90 days to record claims from staking date I believe...

State Mineral Exploration Permits are harder to find---we are down to 5 (from 15 a couple years ago)--they are on the below map in T21S-R23E Sections 2,3,4 and T20S-R23E Sections 25 and 36...

Someone has filed later MEP's (going by chronological #'s) north of us (Tombstone Exploration ?) in T20S-R23E Sections 20,21,29, and 32)...

MEP's are in gold on the map:

ps...I don't consider the raising of the A/S anything more than Briscoe, with current debt obligations, running out of shares...
