They have Louie Tiant bobblehead night at Fenway and he pitched with his head bobbing all the time. I can't understand why he's not in the hall as he has better numbers than some already in but the game has certainly changed since he pitched.

In 1974 he had 38 starts and completed 25 games with 7 Shutouts.

In his career he had 484 starts and an amazing 187 complete games of which 49 were shutouts. That's 10% of all games he pitched were SO and 38% of his games started he completed


For some perspective Clayton Kershaw lead the league with 6 complete games in 27 starts last year.
