To Mark:

Mark,

This FINRA approval of the form 211 is looking ugly. What are they doing? You mentioned they had 180 days to do their thing, but that doesn’t fit in to their statement (immediate approval of the 211 after receipt of the form 10/audit filing). You were so comprehensive (dotting your I’s and crossing your T’s). Are you still going back and forth with them on different things? That is what you seemed to imply and that you thought it was the last time of going back and forth. I know we have discussed this before, but how much FINRA BS or whatever can a person take?

As far as our MM and attorney are concerned, FINRA has everything they need to make a decision on the application. We expect a prompt reply.
