Rights offering based on current share ownership. A NEW share and a WARRANT to buy a second share at a future date. All timed to a positive period in the company's near future.

Its easy to say, I know, but more difficult to execute. But YOU did not address my fundamental of question: do you want the company selling shares for 70 cents or the company paying interest to Plat. at 8 cents a share so they can sell the share for 70 cents?

This is NOT science fiction, its not impossible and its NOT wasted time in discussing it.
