Does anyone know how much shares a company usually produces if there even is?

I want to be able to check how many shares a company produces that way I can see if other companies out there have billions of shares and there share is at least $1/share.

This way I can make comparison to BMSN since BMSN has how many billions of shares sold/on the market?
