Winning this award, should generate new leads and clients, which in turn will lead to more revenue.

UCPA is still the ONLY stock out there trading at .0008 that did $9.7 million dollars in the first quarter 2015.

As for a buyout, FMV for UCPA based on revenue only, not taking into consideration clients, workforce etc is .029 per share, making the current price and market cap(@ .0008 = $1,288,000) a joke.
