That's a fair point. But I wouldn't compare a shareholder derivative lawsuit, which is a group action, with a patent infringement suit. Not trying to be negative. I just don't want to put people's heads any further in the clouds. Activision paid out a lot of money, which is great. Not only does it show their willingness to pay out big money, it also shows their willingness to settle civil suits. But ultimately, don't think it matters much (if at all) to our case.
