That seems like a safe assumption to make about DOMK.

The other thing is - it could be a very short ride for everyone if the fees aren't paid that are Due and Owing... meaning the $$ owed to Wazzamba by DOMK..

and of course MOBO needs to pay DOMK... they haven't even paid the $225K that was agreed for the 75% of the LICENSING agreement. Which expires very soon.

Still don't understand why Ritchie sold 75% of the licensing agreement so cheap if it was going to be such a great deal. Yea yea, he got some shares of MOBO.. whatever that might mean...

It will be interesting to see what happens in July.
