We wouldn't be the one's buying all the shares to pay off debt. People would come out of the woodwork, institutions, retails, etc. Who wouldn't want to buy a share in a company with all IMSC has going for it knowing it's worth what they pay, not a debt interest payment? The longs and branding would be the sales pitch, not mention debt free company.
