Appears they are simply making bag holders so deep in the muck, that it's utterly impossible for anyone to sell on a run. After such a set of PR's should take this up, and only new investors at that time only, will be able to benefit.
And at which time they will dilute the smitherenes out of it again, raise the AS to unlimited then RS again.
