Blue Apron Could Raise New Funding at a Valuation of $2 Billion

"Blue Apron sends more than two million meals to customers around the country each month, up from a million in November, according to a company spokeswoman. That translates to about $20 million in monthly sales at a cost of about $10 a meal."

From Q4 earnings:
"Fresh Diet contributed approximately $3.1 million in revenues"

My note: Figure $1 million per month and growing

If Blue Apron does 20x Fresh Diet's revenue and is valued at $2B, that could give IVFH a potential valuation of $100M or almost 4x its existing market cap of $27M.
