Thru Acquisition of WW Digital Marketing Group

that it has acquired WW Digital Marketing Group, Inc. (WW), which will operate as a wholly-owned
subsidiary. Through its flagship website portal and mobile application, “WeedWeb.com”, WW is
considered a leading entrant in technology and services and a noted authority in the aggregation and
publication of relevant information regarding the legal cannabis industry in the U.S.
