This number has been there forever and it is funny to see this much reaction at this point in time. This management did not add any to that, they are trying to get rid off that inheritance but needs sales and hard work. Out of that debt figure you look at, you need to take out 25mn if you are using that 70mn addition to the fully diluted share count.
