Your PR would be meaningless today just like Dans was when he said it. But if you become an officer of this company your opinions and statements would matter.
Dan did not know his public statement would become important but as a share holder knowing that the officers of the company think rules dont matter doesnt make me very secure.
I would rather have officers who do whats right no matter who is watching.

Imo the mentality that rules dont matter is what got Dan into a law suit as well.

So all his public statements made here have bearing on the company from the day he joined a public company. Yours dont until you join the officers
