That's the problem with death spirals. They sell at a high price, then drive the price down and buy at a discount to that low price to cover their sales.

Hence the name.

Bradley gets paid his exorbitant salary, JNJ makes beacoup coin on their death spiral - only losers are the retail buyers funding these guys.
