You are missing the reverse split of 1:20
What you are seeing is that the percent being reported up is not accounting for the reverse split. It went from about around $0.50 to $10 because 20 common shares on May 20 were converted into 1 post split share on May 21. To be equal in price rise, the price would need to report as up 2000% ( 20 x 100%). Since you are seeing the price increase as 'only' 1,400%, the value is down. I saw that the last trade, post split, was $8.45, so divide by 20 to get a presplit comparision of $0.4225 ( $8.45 / 20 ); so the stock is down from the $0.50 presplit.
