Yes, although there is a pending court case (I can't recall whether it's at the Federal appellate level or has received cert for the Supreme Court) that is questioning the constitutionality of seizing assets that thereby deprive the defendant to the right to competent legal counsel of their choice.
Don't hold your breath, because Bennie's gonna get nabbed long before this wends its way to the Supremes and is ultimately resolved, if at all, in the defendant's favor.
