In the upper right corner of the web page, there is the link to Logoff.

Next to that is the link to access your account Settings.

Click on "Settings" and when the Settings page is displayed, upload your pictures from the "My Pictures" section.

You can display an uploaded picture in a post by copying the embedded picture code for the picture into the text for the post.
