Unfortunately, at this point, any "pump" will have little effect...maybe a tick or two. There will be so much dumping of shares at .0002 or .0003 that it will have difficulty getting past that level. The only thing that will move it beyond that point is factual news on either new management, elimination of toxic debt, or growing revenue. None of those look realistic at this time. It appears that common shareholders were a means to an end...and the end was not the protection of common share value.
