Fact is you don't know how they voted, another fact is they might still have hopes of a merger...

So they are buying in the mid to upper 3's to make people think they are still buying so they can sell....lol.....

CCEL knows their money is safe sitting next to Red Oaks, and they know it's going to appreciate.
