all in the hands of a man named Andy Ritchie, who seems to not give a hoot about the investors.

One obvious way to tell is to look at all the shares he brought in last year with the splits.

And then, of course there is the DEFAULT... Ritchie needs to do just too simple things - (1) Pay the annual fees - $8175 (2) turn in the paperwork.... could get it done in minutes.. but he doesn't... ODD isn't it..
