EPC, I agree.. It's a very real possibility that the company will under promise..
As far as the going concern, boiler plate.. And once the infusion of capital is in the bank, the story changes over night.. In the mean time, the stock will do, what the stock will do, until the company makes progress with the S1 and NASDAQ uplist, in my opinion..
