From our perspective it is far from guaranteed, but then again we aren't insiders. Brad is dealing with the banks, manufacturers, retailers, etc. He knows what's in the pipeline in terms of near-term demand. If he were to turn it down, it would be because he sees further out a greater success. Remember there is a board as well. They all have this knowledge. It's not just Brad.
