Gentlemen: After reading all postings today (5/20/15) I have come to several conclusions.
#1 there will never be financials because the facts of fiduciary mismanagement would immediately land PP in the crossbar hotel.
#2 there must be a way to remove pp for cause &/or request proper authorities investigate his misdeeds.
#3 If Mr Wil Lott, as director, has let this fiasco continue, wouldn't he also have some culpability?
#4 Can someone with executive ability help all shareholders form an organization whereby some action might be undertaken to remove PP, and protect our shareholders rights of ownership?
