What's worse is that they just told you they will need an additional $1 million.

Imagine the share count when this $500k is converted at these prices and then they do an additional $1 million....

I predict over 2 billion shares by year end.... Then quite possibly a massive reverse in order to do the whole thing again.

They had around $130k at the end of March so figure at the end of May they get the next $500k.

They will be basically broke by then so all they have will be the $500k.

Less current liabilities.
