Anything is possible. Below $1 we're swimming in shark-infested waters, but if they're buying early and selling later, they would seem to be taking a loss, at least from the daily charts. Today was classic too with a late rally squashed buy a lower bidwhack to close mostly unchanged. I think if I had anything else doing well I'd be temped to add more CPST...but unfortunately that's not the case...LOL.
