IMO, no new investor would commit funds without condition of replacement of current management, particularly a CEO who has proven inept at every turn. Add to that a hapless and helpless BOD. As their positions have been self-secured, there remains a very slim prospect of a major new investor, again my opinion only. There is an enduring legacy of negative association between management and 'the Company' per se. Thoughts of a new investor is akin to a delusion we will be jail broken and salvaged.
