I think your information has not been updated since 2012 and is 3 years old, a lifetime for this type of company.
Both companies, Flint & Axiologix, today in May 2015, have zero revenue as they have no products, no customers & no-one working for them. Just look at the lack of Financial filings, FLTT hasn't filed in over 3 years and now AXLX is nearly two months late with its Quarter Report for period ending Feb 28. And there is no displayed intention to do so.
That makes them empty shell companies TODAY, with no opportunity to do anything, complete any of the stated strategic actions or the ability to draw on any Credit facilities that *MAY* have been offered in the past. Oh yeah, multi-millions of Debt created through toxic funding, at the expenses of the shareholders, taken for a ride, with lies & unfulfilled promises.
