$695,000 of NWGC's claimed profits from AGCZ!!! I believe the WHOLE filing too!!! Consequences for repeatedly filing fake fins are real and unavoidable. This is a comp that cares more about growing their operations, these old notes may not even have a payoff option.
AGCZ's A/S hike STILL unused by the way. Wonder why NWGC would be paying off notes and taking on debt while AGCZ has stabilized and hasn't had a single debt conversion yet this year per their financials.
BECAUSE NWGC WILL BE BUYING OUT AGCZ IMO. THEY'RE ALREADY DOING IT BY LOANING THE SUB $1.2+MILLION IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS. What do you think those unused 1.3 billion shares at AGCZ are for, HMMM???
