give your head a shake...It is not a good thing to have that hanging over the company. Period it has held the company back . It is simply another category of debt and only the most clueless of individuals would beleve being 33M in the hole a good thing as opposed to have 33M cash on hand with the ability and flexibily that would provide (divivies, acquisitions, expansion) other than covering paying taxes. You do know that needing to and having the ability to pay taxes is a good thing. That may be over your head...I know..
