Well, the A/S used to be that amount. I don't think the O/S was ever that. In addition to my other two suggestions, I'll add this one.

Remove "*Per Policy, They Do Not Give Out Share Information*"

Just an FYI.... all TAs have that initial "policy". But if the company requests they release the SS, they will. That too, is policy. ( :
