Those two reasons are sometimes and quite often true, but not always. And the 3rd reason that you failed to mention, is the company may not be ready to do so or completely finalize them for their own reasons and sometimes very good ones, which none of us has a clue about. Until all is revealed, people's different opinions can run wild and I'm sure many will be thrown out here today and into future days until the takeover becomes final.
