The "company" is a boiler room scam run out of Hong Kong for the sole purpose of insider enrichment. The have absolutely NO assets. NO cash! NO infrastructure! NO property, plant or equipment! NOTHING but shares to sell to the Rubes who fall for the scammy phone solicitations and online promotion!

The stock has lost 98% of its value in the last month and is still dropping because there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but hot air and hype to prop it up.

Management with NO EXPERIENCE and PLENTY of high powered competition in the niche.

Good DD IS NOT just reciting the PRs and company handouts and looking for the good. Those things are never hard to find.

Good DD IS finding out what the company and CEO do NOT want you to know.
