Last Wednesday TANG had 7% of the current O/S which is about 2.6 million. The average daily trading share count is between 700 thousand to one million, so most likely TANG IS DONE. I dare to say this because I follow very closely its investments among others and he is not a long term investor. It's MO is once unlocked and able to convert preferred to common shares TANG starts selling at any price. TANG has not lost a single cent on its initial investment, on the contrary, it has more than triple it.
