Creative accounting is a wonderful thing for the likes of GBHD.
Ferguson publicly cant figure out why the PPS for GBHD has fallen and blames everyone else for it. According to Ferguson even a takeover over offer was cancelled due to negative board posters. The lack of full disclosure by the management is what has damaged the PPS of this ticker and nothing else.
