A LOT of that going on this year for some reason. Many of the companies I own a stake in are doing R/Ms. Paperwork for going scratch in going public is horrendous. Many new companies are by-passing that route by buying up "clean" shell symbols.

If this is one, we could stand to be connected to a business that has no connection to the resource area. Sky is the limit. But what ever, that new business HAS TO HAVE A PREEXISTING REVENUE STREAM...or our investment here will get hammered.

Should MGLG now be viable and intent to strive again...well, that would be best. With MGLG, we are pretty much as low as she goes...without a R/S and then a renewed increase of O/S resulting in further dilution.

Let's just hope for the best right now....
