It appears that KK IS up to something. Under a company called Flux Carbon Corporation, he sold a company called Canalytix to Pervasip (PVSP)for 1 Billion PVSP shares which is equal to about $1.4M.

It you call up PVSP in Edgar, you can find a couple of SC 13G's from Flux Carbon Starter Fund in which Mary Carroll signs off as Manager.

Is he raising funds to salvage his failed company or is he attempting to take over someone else's?
