A better question would be with no deep discount shares showing up from Hudson today and no updates from the courts....what would make you think today would be a busy day? It's supposed to stay very quiet until someone gets wind of the ruling and tries to shake free shares with a bear raid like plunge and then the stock rockets higher when Markman news is released. Thats the playbook on this one. No need to fear the silence here, that silence will be shattered instantly with one slow poke judges ruling.
