Mohamed Ali Hassan

As Chairman of SAPC, Mohamed’s background is in International Strategy Development, Public Affairs, and Peace and Reconciliation with 20+ years of exceptional leadership experience, extensive knowledge of Somali government process, and international business acumen. He holds a dual citizenship (Somalia and United States).

Prior to coming to the United States, Mr. Ali coached Waxool Basketball teams for (men & women), and the LLPP (Jenyo) Basketball team for women. For several years, he maintained an active coach position and leadership role for professional Somali teams for both the male and female National Press Agency, Madbacada basketball teams.

Nathan E. Hall Jr.

Over the past 17 years, Mr. Hall worked throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Central/South America with high profile clients. Mr. Hall has an extensive background in International Business, Strategic Partnering, Venture Capital, Business Brokering, Real Estate Acquisitions/Mortgage Banking, Construction, Oil/Gas/Enhanced Oil Recovery, Commodities, and Security. He is also a former Defense Article(s) broker licensed with the U.S. State Department/Bureau of Political Military Affairs.

Mr. Hall has participated on numerous international think tanks concerning international business, security, and training. He consulted on the International Delegation to Central Africa Republic to President Ange Patase (Humanitarian & Rebuilding Mission) (1995-1996).

Strategically aligned Denwa Communications to Eq Technologies for call termination projects in Lagos & Abuja, Nigeria (2000-2001) and formed the team to bail out Tower Airlines (2001) with Merrill Lynch, Global Health Ventures & Dominion Equity Holdings.

Nathan is a lifelong martial artist/trainer holding the rank of 6 Thompson of the Nisei Gojo Ryu Karate & Jujitsu System. He holds multiple other Black Belt Rankings in Tang Soo Do/Tae Kwon Do, while also studying under World Famous Grand Master Duncan Leung (Former Trainer of Bruce Lee)-Wing Chun Kung Fu, and 8X Kickboxing World Champion Curtis Bush. In 1989, Nathan won the Virginia Lt Heavy Kickboxing Title defeating Christopher Stephens along with winning hundreds of trophies in Karate-Kung Fu Tournaments throughout the years.

Nathan was noted in the history of Ancient Korean Traditional Martial Arts written by Master Son Kwan Hwan and is a Two Time Gold Medal Winner and Co-Captain of the 1992-1993 US Army/Korean Tang Soo Do/Tae Kwon Do Team.

William Alan Stuebner

Mr. Stuebner has had a broad career background that encompasses various initiatives in Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He was formerly the executive director of the Alliance for International Conflict Prevention and Resolution, for which he organized the founding meeting of the International Conflict Prevention Consortium in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The U.S. Department of State and the United Nations officially recognized Mr. Stuebner’s work in contributing to efforts to achieve peace in El Salvador. He was also a special advisor to the prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, where he directed field investigations during periods of heavy combat, which resulted in numerous indictments for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

As Senior Deputy Head of Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Stuebner helped to negotiate the Dayton-mandated prisoner release and established ministerial-level talks among the three warring factions. As Vice President of the United Nations Association of the USA, he oversaw Model UN programs, lobbied Congress regarding United Nations issues and promoted worldwide demining projects.

A retired U.S. Army officer, Mr. Stuebner is experienced in development, reconstruction, reintegration of combatants, and human rights. He has also been a leader in efforts to expand understanding and cooperation between the military and non-governmental organizations.
