Anyway, his new address appears to be "1637 Mineral Spring Ave North Providence" which is just the "freestanding emergency room" where he worked before he tried to "solo" with calmare.

Note that he's got a LOT of company under that listing -- mostly QUACKOPRACTORS! How appropriate!
