Actually there is no solid evidence of any sort of demand for any product that MMMW has ever produced, excluding safe harbor covered claims made exclusively by the company. That is unless someone can definitively prove otherwise.

The only thing that could stop MMMW from releasing a PR indicating "collected revenue of $XX,000.00 on the previously announced SALE disclosed in our PR on 12/02/14", would be the absence of the truth. Then they could go on and on about how the weather delayed the forecasted "late winter" completion date, how close to budget it came in at, and even report a profit on the completed contract (if any). But as it looks now, shareholders will be fortunate if MMMW even releases their 10K before the vote (last year it was released on 8/13/14).

I must agree with mushuga in that the time to provide shareholders with some form of confidence in MMMW's ability to execute, is before they ask for another increase in shares. MMMW should have enough respect for their shareholders to file their 10K financial report well before the voting date, at the very least.
