Worse than a reverse split

They just put out that they are raising $150MM (USD?) with an offering of common stock.

From the last 10Q, they have 110 million common shares issued. With another $150 million dollars to issue in common stock, at $0.60/share, that would be another 250 million share of common would need to be issued. (presplit since I guess there is a reverse split coming also?)

I am glad I did not buy into this one.
