Why are you guys even talking about alternative amounts of increase? If no one wants this company's product then no amount of shares will change that. If, by August, there have been 3 -5 installs and there is a backlog of other projects that they may need to sell shares to generate the required funds for, then fine. That is an acceptable and reasonable case to increase the AS. If nothing has changed and this company is just treading water and going nowhere then an increase like that will knock what's left of your investment down to way less than half since the price will drop alot further on no progress and even further yet once the company starts to dump on the market. I'd say .002 or less pretty quickly. Not sure why this company is so pleased to announce a vote on an increase that will screw everyone holding their stock unless they can actually show they are on the move before the vote. I guess we'll see.
