Sorry guys, I guess i should have explained better. Yes, that $100,000 was taken care of. I am sorry to say that this is another issue of two and a half times that size with the same owner of the land but the owner was investing into Bion directly. and like I said, the paperwork never got filed to Bion's office but the land owner has the paperwork with BK's signature on his investment into Bion
